Wrinkles
by Floyd S. Barrett
Where are the wrinkles on your face?
Folks oft pass judgment on their place.
If from your eyes they slant away
It show you smile a lot each day.
They make a homely face shine bright
And fill the whole world with delight.
If from the mouth they straggle down,
You placed them that way with a frown.
They make deep furrows on your chin
And spoil the contour of your grin.
Folks look at you and turn away
If you keep frowning, day by day.
